CAT MAYOR FRED!
Fred, a stray who wandered into Town, was beloved and fed by many throughout the late 70's and 80's.

The Bizarre Cat Bazaar celebrates Nederlands historical honorary,

CAT MAYOR FRED!
Fred, a stray who wandered into Town, was beloved and fed by many throughout the late 70's and 80's. She stole the hearts of locals at election time as a 'write in' on the ballot, and won as Honorary Mayor!
Visit Fred's headstone, it's in front of Town Hall; then walk into Town to take your photo at Fred's Shed in
Downtown Nederland.
